SHIPPING & RETURNS

We will process your order within 2 days of your order being placed and payment received. If any unexpected delays occur due to stock or shipping problems, we will contact you.

Free standard shipping within New Zealand. Expected delivery times 2-4 days following payment and processing.

Free standard shipping to Australia. Expected delivery times 3-13 days following payment and processing.

 

Shipping to other countries as quoted at checkout. Nude Kiwi reserves the right to modify shipping prices at any time without notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

Please take care to enter your correct delivery address when you place your order. Please include your contact phone number in case we need to contact you for more information. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if an incorrect address has been provided.

We will be happy to provide a refund for any faulty or damaged goods. To make a return, contact us at team@nudekiwi.co.nz within five days of receiving it. 

 

Please make sure you keep track of your order once your tracking number is provided. We cannot take responsibility for tracking your order, or non-delivery if we are not informed by you of any issues.

We will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or dislike of product fragrance or texture after purchase. Due to health regulations, any product which has been opened may not be returned.

Skin reaction - In the rare case of an allergic reaction, we are happy to accept the product’s return. Any issues must be advised to Nude Kiwi within 14 calendar days of the product being delivered. 

Please provide us with a photo of the reaction, and product details (name and expiry date).

If you experience any allergic reaction, please stop use of the product immediately. It is advised to complete a patch test prior to full use. 

Any refunds will be minus the cost of delivery.

In the unlikely event of any dispute, Nude Kiwi’s liability to you for your order will not exceed the total price paid for the relevant order or products.
